My professional goal is to become a physician, either a dermatologist or orthopedic surgeon, that focuses on providing quality health care experiences to my patients, especially those of color. To prepare for a career in medicine, I have attended STEM-related camps through Johns Hopkins University, University of Rochester and Inspirit AI. This summer I plan to shadow a dermatologist to learn more about the profession and how I can make a difference.
